[logon] updates to PET binaries and LOGON run-times

colleagues,

i am sure you are just as excited as i am about the near-daily updates in the
LOGON tree.

as of today, there are new binaries of PET (picking up the latest and greatest
from the trunk and new NG branch; the latter in the 'testing'
binaries).  also, i
have finally moved to building run-time binaries using Allegro CL 8.2.

as so often, these updates should not bring visible changes to most users, so
please 'svn update' as soon as possible---and let me know if surprising things
happen.
