[logon] dropping FreeLing from the LOGON tree

Logon uses a tuned version of FreeLing.
If you remove it, users that install a vanilla version in their PCs, 
will not get appropriate interface.

So, you should keep at least the code that interfaces FreeLing with 
logon, but then, the user will need to compile it to match its local 
installation of FreeLing.
