[logon] changing the default version of the ERG in the LOGON tree

colleagues,

dan and i are preparing a 1214 release of the ERG, including an update
to DeepBank (version 1.1) and the Redwoods treebanks (Ninth Growth).
the core grammar is now stable, and work on updating parse ranking
models and treebanks is underway.

to make this emerging release candidate available for broader use
early, we propose to switch over the default version of the ERG in the
LOGON tree (in ‘lingo/erg/’) to 1214 already at the beginning of next
week.  in case you anticipate problems with this (uncharacteristically
pro-active) move, please let us know!
